Due to the large amounts of rain over this past week and the continued forecast for more throughout the weekend we feel the grounds are no longer suitable to provide a safe all outdoor event. The safety and well being of families & everyone involved is our top priority. We are also sympathetic to subjecting all our local businesses to operate out in the rain and under adverse weather conditions.
All Trunk-or-Treat-&-Eat PURCHASED TICKET HOLDERS will be refunded immediately. All BUSINESSES & ORGANIZATIONS signed up and committed to the event will receive free gift cards from the Charcoal Corral & Silver Lake Twin Drive-In for their commitment.
The PERRY ELEMENTARY BUSY BEES PARENT ORGANIZATION will receive a sizeable donation under the names of all participating businesses & organizations.
